If you think you don't have anything to spare, just start with $10. That amount you will waste on a meal out you don't really need. Surprise yourself and see how fast it will grow. Than up it to $15 and maybe even $20. This is a good way to save for a new car or vacation or something you can otherwise not afford.

Having money put into a savings account automatically is great! You don't realize its missing because it happens automatically and if you can ignore the fact that it is there you are well on your way to saving!
